Creator
The creator of DYMABASE, David Pham, is a college graduate with a bachelor's of Science in Biology and Psychology. He started DYMABASE as a hobby while studying in college because he wanted to do something fun that was also productive. Nowadays, David works as a real estate agent licensed in Oregon and Washington. On his free time, David makes YouTube videos on a channel under the same name.

- I'll offer you 0.75% of the sales price. For example, if I help you buy a house for $300,000 and BAC of 2.5%, my gross commission would be $7,500. My brokerage gets 25% of my commission leaving me with a net commission of $5,625. I'll give you $2,250 (0.75% of $300,000), leaving me with $3,375.
- As a Listing Agent:
- I'll offer you 0.4% of the sales price. For example, if I help you sell a house for $300,000 and listing commission of 1.5%, my gross commission would be $4,500. My brokerage gets 25% of my commission leaving me with a net commission of $3,375. I'll give you $1,200 (0.4% of $300,000), leaving me with $2,175.
- As a Buyer Agent:
- For Buyers (To Occupy):
- I'll offer you a quarter of my net commission regardless of the buyer agent commission (BAC). For example, if I help you buy a house for $300,000 and BAC of 2.5%, my gross commission would be $7,500. My brokerage gets 25% of my commission leaving me with a net commission of $5,625. I'll give you a quarter of my profit ($1,406.25), leaving me with $4,218.75.
- For Sellers (To Rent or Buy Another House):
- I'll offer you a quarter of my net commission regardless of the listing agent commission. For example, if I help you sell a house for $300,000 and listing commission of 1.5%, my gross commission would be $4,500. My brokerage gets 25% of my commission leaving me with a net commission of $3,375. I'll give you a quarter of my profit ($843.75), leaving me with $2,531.25.
